Really poor experience. I was promised a replacement due to an issue with a machine I was sold by the company. I asked about it in August, I was put out of work for months, long delays, no solution and then finally they offered me a solution a week or two ago. And then they have not delivered it and have gone quiet. Really would advise against using the company after this. A sad situation to be put in as a customer.

Really poor experience with Abraham, a lot of deflection and untrustworthy with his Laptop sales. Despite some good reviews in here, I would strongly advise against this company. They will not look after you properly and mess you around as I have been

WeHireMac installed a faulty SSD in my iMac and then avoided any accountability. I have evidence and receipts for all of the following: I went here to upgrade the specs of an iMac (HDD to SSD). It was expensive, but I thought it was worth paying for a place so highly rated. After getting it back home and turning it on I got the first kernel panic. A Mac kernel panic is the equivalent of a Windows blue screen. These happened almost hourly, even after trying every solution (wipe, reinstall, disk repair). I went back in and explained to Abraham. He avoided any accountability and "played dumb", pretending he didn't understand a word I was saying, and that he couldn't see anything wrong. He sent me home with a look of complete distain, explaining that somehow the problem was my own. After another kernel panic I put the iMac in a cupboard and gave up - assuming I was missing something. Now a year or so later, I'm a lot more educated on Macs. I've been able to determine with certainty (and with absolute, undeniable physical evidence) that WeHireMac installed faulty components. Only go here if you're willing to risk your money, they will not be covering their mistakes.

They told me my working computer was ready to be scrapped. I had to fight to get it back from them and then when I got it back, they had removed parts. When I questioned them about this they called me a liar. Luckily I had proof and they were forced to return the hard drive- which they had wiped of my work. Scum.
