“Excellent service, reasonable pricing for repair on a MacBook Pro 16 M1, and they were able to pick up for a free device diagnostics of the issue, and drop off my device too, irrespective of whether they went ahead of the repair or not. I decided to go ahead with the repair though having reached an agreeable price for the completion of the repair, and with Abraham fully disclosing what the repair would entail. They pretty much had it done same day. Re-assuring, polite, and courteous staff that ensured that the procedure happened as painlessly as possible. There was no pressure to get the repair done if circumstance was difficult. Highly recommended.”
