“When I phoned to cancel my membership I was offered a free month in case I changed my mind. I did not use WW during that time. I only realised recently that they had kept charging me for 5 months. When I asked for a refund they only offered to give me part of the money. They said I should have phoned again to cancel. I think this is unfair. I refused the offer and am going to fight it .”
