“Everything is good except for the delivery service. It takes two weeks before I received my item and I need to get it from the post office locally. But everything is good. Online shop is fast. Customer service is great.”

“I ordered a double goose from wellgosh and when I received it here in the U.S. it was two sizes too small.. I contacted Erica and she helped me with the return and made suggestions as far as sizing, shipping methods. Also when I had a question about the jacket prior to buying it. She was so prompt getting back to me through e-mail.. Very customer service friendly and very professional.. Thank you Erica!”
