The journey that commenced as a hopeful investment opportunity took a sharp turn towards devastation, resulting in a loss of $97,100. Discovering that I had fallen victim to a scam left me grappling with a mix of emotions - embarrassment, anger, and a sense of uncertainty regarding my next course of action. Right from the start, their team treated me respectfully, articulated the recovery process in a transparent manner, and steered clear of making any grandiose pledges. Their consistent communication and efforts to keep me informed throughout the process were a reassuring presence. To my pleasant surprise, their endeavors bore fruit by successfully recovering a sizable portion of the funds I had previously deemed lost forever.

Brought a TEN C JACKET WHICH WAS A 48 SO BEFORE Purchasing THE ITEM I EMAILED WELLGOSH FOR AN ANSWER TO WHICH I DIDN'T RECEIVE so did my own with the knowledge it was a medium so perchased the jacket which came damaged and is very small like an X's however I then received this email asking for my thoughts and feelings towards this shop which I can only say disappointed as if I would have received an email explaining the true size would have not brought the jacket was told by my friend that's a good shop but my experience hasnt been unfortunately kind regards Lee

Absolutely dreadful customer service. Ordered a three day shipping. After 6 days still no tracking number or delivery status. Emails from me left ignored by staff for four days before unhelpful and lazy response. False advertising on deliverables and promises at point of sale.

I asked for refuse for a pretty damn long time. but wellgosh couldn't deal with it. I still don't have the tracking number on my order but apparently, I got the item. And it gives me a lot of hassle to send it back. Please work guys your service is just a mess.

I have to say that my experience of ordering was great and my item arrived in good time. Unfortunately the item was too big so I had to return it and the return process was pretty slick. However, that’s where the good news has ended - it’s been over a week since the item arrived at Wellgosh (tracked via Royal Mail) and I had nothing from them to confirm receipt or confirm that a refund has been processed. I’ve sent a few emails but still had nothing from them in response. I did see that the owner responded to feedback in the past so hoping that they read this review and respond.

I've received my order with the missing part and emailed to customer service a couple of times but no response at all. Very poor customer service.

I made a order for 2 pairs of shoes but only received 1 of the 2 pairs. I have emailed them about 8 times and still not had a reply. If you phone they say you need to send a email but never reply still waiting for trainers or refund. Its a complete joke I'm having to do all this just to get my order or money back

Item was delivered to wrong address, luckily the item was returned to me from this address. I understand this was the fault of delivery company, however when I contacted Wellgosh wanting help on how to find my parcel I received no reply.

Just awful. Bought shoes as they stated 1-3 day delivery and I was going away for 2 months in 10 days. They finally shipped them when I’d already left the U.K. even though I sent multiple emails to their customer service to try and track delivery and then tell them to cancel and not ship. They shipped anyway and now their customer services are telling me the order is ready collect at a local Matalan! Even though I told them I’ve left the U.K.! Worst online seller I’ve ever had to deal with, if I don’t get a refund this week I’ll have to take legal action

Both trainers had damaged suede on them & were returned 3 days ago. This should be checked prior to bring sent to the customer

Brought some Nikes online had them 3 days worn once then noticed some stitching broken on heel pull tab so I returned with info and pictures, then I received an email saying they had been worn and were being returned to me, I’ve now received them taken them to an independent cobbler who confirmed it is a genuine manufacturing fault and that the return should have been refunded. I have now sent the details and pictures to trading standards and Nike Uk. This experience how totally put me off from future dealings with this company.

Over £450 worth of clothes shoved in a box which was too small to accommodate the amount of items, no garment bags or tissue on any of the clothing, brand label hanging off one item and slow delivery. This isn’t acceptable now this store is owned by a national retailer! Take a page out of “End” clothing store, when your spending hundreds of pounds you don’t expect your stuff to show up like you bought it off eBay! I won’t buy from you again.

I accidentally entered the wrong postcode and the package was returned to sender. They have still not responded to my email where i asked for the item to be sent back to the correct address several days later.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Took over a week to dispatch my items when it said next day delivery, and still waiting after 6 weeks for a full refund as they refunded me for the wrong items (conveniently the cheaper items) and aren’t replying to my emails.
