“My order arrived late, the box was damaged I had a missing item and now I’ve had no confirmation for my returned items and it’s been over a week I’ve had no money refunded whatsoever I am appalled with the service.”

“Dear wellgosh team. Hello, I'm requesting a refund today as well. I am sending it again because I didn't hear back from you. It's been almost a week, but I'm telling you that it's impossible to track the delivery of the product. I haven't heard from you for a long time, but it's a very unpleasant situation. I can only say that my product was lost or had a problem during the preparation process. Therefore, I order an absolute refund. Regardless of the reason, we will have to give you an unconditional refund without further shipping. I will leave inquiries continuously to hear from you, and if you do not close the contact, I will request a refund through another method.”

“I received a product that was completely different from what I ordered. I sent an email immediately, but the reply came four days later. The email said that if I returned the item, I would do the following, but I didn't say that I would bear the shipping cost for the return. I replied that I would like to pay the shipping fee, but I did not receive any reply within 4 days. Why should I pay a high shipping fee to recover the mistake of WELLGOSH when there is no problem here? If you wait a little longer and don't get a response, report the card company as a fraudulent company.”

“Honestly not sure what's going on. Ordered a week ago, got a confirmation email saying my order has been received and I will receive a tracking number once my package ships. Even stupidly paid for express shipping. Still haven't received any further email and seem to be getting ghosted by support. I hate talking down about businesses but if this saves someone the same experience then I guess it helps. I usually go with END Clothing and have no issue...lesson learned.”

“Customer service was appalling. My order was delivered to the wrong address as Wellgosh entered the wrong postcode for my street. They were impossible to contact by phone and by email Just told me to sort it out myself, though DPD only allow the sender to change address. After many hours of trying, my order was re-routed, missed my delivery date and was delivered 5 days later.”

“I still have not received my order nor my refund 11 days after I was supposed to receive said delivery! Very slow in responding to emails & phone is never answered! will NEVER order off this site again & will be telling all my friends/family to avoid after this awful experience.”
