“I received the complete wrong item, and then rung customer service who told me I could return it in store, however the store told me i had to return it back through postage.”

“Haven’t received my order yet. I have been waiting 11 days and counting. Courier emailed my order was cancelled and I contact shop. They advised that my order had been delivered (on a date a few days before I placed my order). I emailed again but haven’t got a reply. Got a text from Royal Mail on day 10 saying that they now had the parcel so hopefully this is a positive sign. Uncertainty and hassle will make me think twice about ordering again.”

“Took so long to ship my order that 3 out of 4 items had sold out. Took over a week to ship. Tried to communicate via email, social media, phone with no response. Probably won't use them again.”

“Currently as it stands I am very disappointed with my first experience from wellgosh. They have very good product selection and shipping was very good. However your customer support time are very poor and a massive let down to your company. I sent my item back for a size swap and received no email regarding that they’ve acknowledged my return my item arrived at your warehouse on the 28th. I’ve processed to email to see if I can get any information on what’s going to happening with my order but unfortunately no response.”

“No qualms with the item or shipping, but the webstore customer service is completely unresponsive with emails. I will be returning my item instead of requesting an exchange because of this reason. My first and last ever purchase.”

“First of all, thank you for giving me a great opportunity! However, if you contact us by e-mail, please reply as soon as possible! And the product is defective! This product came with a sticker indicating that it was defective! Please replace or refund!”

“Ordered some shorts and 3 days later they told me they were out of stock and refunded me with a 10% discount on next purchase. The discount didn’t work and never got confirmation of my second order, not great.”

“I ordered a water bottle for a holiday and paid for standard delivery. After not receiving the package, I had to follow up with the company twice before the bottle was shipped. I had ordered the bottle to take with me on holiday, but as it came around 3 weeks late, I didn't get to use it. The bottle however is exactly what I wanted and I cannot complain about it!”

“Bad, overpriced delivery. Took over a week to acknowledge my order, then when questioned no written response or answer or explanation to my email but a dpd email appeared, basically they forgot about my order till prompted a week later. Poor customer service. Courier left my package by an open door in a open communal area no where near my property either”

“I ordered in time for Christmas and didn’t hear anything. Had to chase things up and nothing arrived. Chased after Christmas and only one of three items arrived. Chased again, to be told the other things were out of stock. Not great and usually a very good service.”
