“The service is very good but I haven't receive my order yet. What can I do?”

“Ordered 2 Pairs of SPZL trainers, was only sent 1. Dispatch note had both pairs detailed on and shoes no longer available. It's a shame when this sort of thing falls down and you're out of pocket over the bank holiday weekend (and you can't actually get the item anymore). On balance I was refunded quickly so props to Justin for sorting that.”

“Very slow shipping. You should consider other shipping options like dpd, fedex, dhl, etc. I ordered from other retailer 2days after I ordered from you guys and they came yesterday. And guess what, yours still have not arrived yet. This is the first time I ordered from you, and most likely the last. Not to mention, their shipping fee is lower as well.”

“I was pleased with the customer service, as I found the team very willing and able to answer my queries. However, I was very disappointed to find that the shirt I bought was not in its original packaging, with no labels included. There was no indication of this when I paid for the item. I would expect Wellgosh, like most other shops, to sell this as a ex-display item.”

“Item wrongly shipped from UK to Canada instead of Croatia, and then again from Canada to Croatia, which resulted in huge delay and I barely escaped adittional custom/duty charges. It would be nice if I was at least offered some discount or some small gift as an apology for waiting so long and having to bother with customs/duty to avoid paying adittional cost because item was wrongly sent outside EU.”

“Quick delivery and excellently presented site however one of the pairs of trainers I ordered had clearly been worn. The soles were slightly dirty and crease marks were starting to show in the leather. Really disappointed.”

“slowest shipping royal mail take us 16- 20 days to reach although it was writen as 6-7 days shold had let us make decision on the shipping company fedex should be in the list as it was fast and reliable”

“Although I'm very pleased with the product I purchased, I am very dissapointed at how long it took to recieved my tshirt. I ordered the product on Friday 29th August and didn't actually recieve it until Monday 8th September despite the shipping info on the website stating it usually takes 2 working days. I assume this is just a one off though.”

“Sorry for my poor review. This shop has great sneakers, competitive prices, shipping was ultrafast to Belgium, but they send me the wrong size of shoes ! It was my first order. So I need to go through a return process, and won't get the shoes in time for a birthday...”

“Looked absolutely nothing like the colour shown in the picture. Quite disappointed, the only reason I did not give 'wellgosh' a very poor rating was the actual value of the trainers even if they did not match the picture nor discription.”

“Get better pictures and list what colors are on the shoes. In the picture they looked gray. When I received the shoes. They were purple. So I was dissapointed when I received them. If the colors were listed or a better picture of the shoe I would have went with something else. I live in the untied states so I just dealt with it but a little more effort on your part would have made me happier on my purchase.”
