“I only order because of the free delivery, three times I have ordered on separate occasions and then been refund because it's not in stock, why take the money in the first place then! This is ridiculous I buy those cheaper item specially and then make up for it with the more expensive one and then I don't receive them. I feel like I'm being mugged of and I would like some sort of consolation because I am rather disappointed and more if my feedback is not recognized or taken into any account/consideration.”

“Hi, the shoes i recieved were faulty - they were the nike huarache cool grey and one was a different colour to the other. the customer service that i recieved however from Erica Forshaw was first class. Rgds Tom Saunders”

“no order confirmation was send after i ordered and payed a pair of shoes for around 115 euro. shipping cost were a crazy €15 (GB to germany). after 8 days i inquired where my order was, and at least wellgosh’s complaints management works very well and effective. it seems that my complaint triggered the shipment, which then took another 3 days to my doorstep. overall it took wellgosh 11 days to deliver an order of an item that was advertised as being in stock. not a very pleasant shopping experience.”

“I was pleased with the product and fast shipping. That piece was excellent. However, I ordered the wrong size. Then I emailed customer service and never received a response. I then had to place another order for the correct size and pay shipping again. So I paid shipping twice yet i received 1 box with both pairs of shoes. It is my faultI placed the wrong order. But their is no excuse for not resounding to an email even if the order had already gone out. That is not the case here since both orders came in the same package. Also each order had a different shipping address. There is a lack of attempting to detail. I will continue to try getting food service from this business and hopefully wore a review that will make people want to shop on this website.”

“When I ordered, my size was in stock. I was called the next day to find out that my size was in fact out of stock. I had the size up shipped to me and it was very slow- certainly not next day delivery. There was nothing by way of apology because of my size being out of stock. I would expect something as an apology in future.”

“Great range of clothing. However, you've got my order incorrect 2 out of the 3 time I've ordered with you. Highly frustrating! If this is a common occurrence, you'll be losing custom very quickly. Shame.”
