“Never received my item, was unable to be traced by Royal Mail. Stopped progressing on their tracking and now appears lost. Pathetic.”

“The delivery. Royalmail delivery is the most inflexible in the market place. Customers are seldom home so you need to be able to collect your item from collection points near the office. Its not an option for everyone to have parcels delivered to the office. Real nuisance collecting items from a royal depot that is nowhere near home.”

“i bought a bag and lots of clothing at 10/21.but now,i haven't received my goods. and the shipper,royal mail,doesn't show the exactly place of goods. it just show "ON ITS WAY TOTAIPEI TAIWAN".”

“Shoes that came looked like they'd been worn for a few days and then returned. The Puma on the side didn't even say Puma on one shoe. Second pair of shoes I've had to return because they were of poor quality”

“I ordered 2 sneakers... They shipped it separately, which is for me a good thing, but theres one disadvantage, and it happened to me... They shipped the other one to the wrong country.... I hope they can resolve this asap...”
