“I appreciate that the company sent out the product quickly. However, I have concerns about the quality of the item. It arrived with no official packaging and was sold as new. The item looks worn and the quality looks a little shoddy. I understand they are not responsible for the creation of the product but they are selling it. Other than that it is a decent company.”

“The item I got took so long to arrive over 18 days which should have been 3 to 7 working days. 1 Trainer had a ware on 1 side which looks like it been used maybe. Not 100% New had defects I don't think I will buy again from this shop”

“Hey, I have a couple of problems with my experience, mostly with the way my item was delivered, because it seriously seems like a ton of luck that I got it in one piece: 1) the box came damaged. Like it literally had a whole in it. And it was a pretty big one, I'm sending a pic attached. 2) no1 wouldn't be much of a problem, if my jumper was packed into some sort of a bag, or just wrapped in plastic foil, maybe in bubble wrap. As I got it, it was just my jumper and an invoice thrown loosely into the box. It is a problem because, especially during the winter, those boxes can get wet and the item could very easily become stained. Hell, something could have even spilled into my box, since it had a huge whole in it. 3) You are using DPD, the worst carrier in the world, as your only delivery option. The deliver time was pretty long but still acceptable, but contacting them (for example about changing the delivery address) is a huge pain, plus you've seen the way they treat boxes. Seriously, I'd gladly take Royal Mail over DPD. cheers, Maciej Grzesiuk”

“Ordered 2 pairs of shoes and T-shirt. One pair of shoes was ex display and dirty and the T-shirt was just chucked in the box, not even in a bag. Sad times. Didn’t complain, as there’s no point. I don’t live on mainland UK, so will cost a lot to send back. I just won’t bother with them again.”

“First order: no tracking in locally. Items were estimated to arrive 3-7 days. It's the 8th day now. Have yet to receive orders or ETA. Second order: orders were confirmed. Receive email to notify 2 item were unavailable. Although refund was made promptly, the currency conversion made me pay extra money for nothing. And all these were probably caused because stocks were not updated on the website prompt enough.”
