“Great product range and it is commendable that they minus off the VAT for international purchases. However, the shipment is extremely slow as the only option is through Royal Mail. I placed an order for the sock darts on the 12th March and yet to receive the shoes although it was stated that it takes 3-7 working days to arrive. I would have rated it much higher if it wasn't for the lack of shipping options other than the notoriously slow Royal Mail.”

“Very slow shipping. You should consider other shipping options like dpd, fedex, dhl, etc. I ordered from other retailer 2days after I ordered from you guys and they came yesterday. And guess what, yours still have not arrived yet. This is the first time I ordered from you, and most likely the last. Not to mention, their shipping fee is lower as well.”

“Thank for selling good stuffs Acutallly I could feel good your website server's conditon. and i could buy nike shoes But your delivery service is poor. I know that you use Royal mail for oversea customer. This company is very slow in deliverying So I recommend that you change Royal mail to Fedex.”
