“Excellent value and great dispatch/delivery time. HOWEVER - one shoe has scratches on the bottom of the outside, where the air unit is located (worse that it's on the outside of the shoe where it's more visible). Have not gone about a return yet because it's relatively subtle from a distance if the light is not reflectiving off of it and I paid more or less halve the orginal rrp for them but, still... Came so quick but wouldn't have minded waiting for an undamaged product. So abit disappointing therefore I may have to go about a refund/replace. Otherwise would've been 10/10 😔..”

“My order#14100244564, no one replied to my email that was sent to you a few days ago, the condition of the item is terrible. 1. The bag came with only the box but no packaging even plastic bag, when I opened the box, there was only the bag in the box. 2. There is one less rope in one of outer zip pocket (see attached photo 1,2) 3. The bag has uncleanable dirt (see attached photo 3) 4. The bag came without shoulder strap.......... I want to return the bag because this is very terrible for me. Bad purchase experience...”
