“Good ordering process via website. Good communication when contacted by email. Ordered test strips for diabetic cat testing on 22/12/18. Price was very good compared to competitors. Finally received 7/1/19. I understand posting over Christmas can be problematic, but I thought that this was still too long. Everything else very satisfactory.”

“UPDATE: I had an issue with this order but it now has been resolved by the seller. I ordered 10 packs of blood glucose test strips on 17 November and didn't recieve the full order but have been credited for the remaining test strips.”

“I was more than a little confused when I received the products I ordered as it came from Amazon and there was nothing in the package saying that the products had come from Wellnostics. Tried to call twice to check that the products were from Wellnostics, only to hear a recorded message, but on the third call I got through to someone and clarified that the Amazon package was from Wellnostics as they use Amazon for warehousing.”

“Happy with the product but very disappointed with after sales service and product literature.There should have been product booklet in English language but it was not.Had to get supplier print a copy from website and send it.One would assume that as it is sold in England there would be English booklet for user. On despatch of product,it was very slow of supplier to communicate and to reply the customers emails on this front”

“The products are good, the delivery service works well, the packaging is adequate, the website isn't bad. Overall I have a feeling that either the systems were not thought through properly, before implementation, or demand was much higher than anticipated and the systems creaked. I will use Wellnostics again and monitor carefully to check that the work required to upgrade the systems has been successfully completed.”

“Disappointed in how long it took to receive my order. Only a small box of test strips. £3.29 p&p paid. Took a week to dispatch and further 3 days days to get to me. Could have got them elsewhere in 6 to 8 days and £2 cheaper (no delivery charges)”

“The instrument for want of another word has three different weight results lbs/ kgm/Stones. This is a plus and may come in handy. However the negative is as follows: You put a sticker on the glass stating to press hard on that sticker to start the weighing process. This did not happen. No matter how hard I tried it didn't start the scale working However by chance I found that slightly dropping it onto a soft carpet it starts! Strange? As regards accuracy I have nothing to test it as yet. I hope it functions well.”
