“TERRIBLE SERVICE 1 star is too high. Ordered a monitor on the 11 March and it hasn't arrived, no response to e-mails and telephone goes straight to voicemail with calls never returned. Save yourself money and frustration and order from a company that will actually provide you pay for. Wellnostic - please respond to my emails and calls or give me my money back it's been 2 months now.”

“4 weeks and the item didn’t turn up there was no communication in the end I cancelled the order and got a refund.”

“Sat on my order for a week and then cancelled it and refunded me, after I had to chase them up.... they said they'd priced up product wrong. I won't be using them again.”

“Poor communication. Slow delivery and broken promises. Products provided with short expiry dates, even shorter than the website specifies. Very disappointed. I won't be back again.”

“Hopeless service. I did not receive my parcel yet. I tried calling Wellnostics customer service number and left my details on their voice mail with my details and they never bothered to return my call. I contacted DPD courier service who say that I should contact Wellnostics. I have been going on in circles, no luck yet. I am surprised that Wellnostics sent me an email asking to submit a review when I have not received the parcel.”

“Really angry with the packaging , sent in a Jiffy bag , inner box was damaged and one seal missing from box so I have no way of determining whether this has already been used . Poor”

“The delivery information and service was terrible. There was no indication when I ordered the product that the vendor did not have it in stock or that delivery would be dictated by anything other than the usual postal delivery times. I had to chase delivery a number of times. I was not offered an update unless I asked for it. I was not offered a part refund or a refund of the delivery fee. Poor customer service throughout.”

“We ordered an available product that had been recommended to us. Our payment was taken and we were informed that our order was despatched, but 9 days later (after several unanswered emails and a couple of non-returned telephone messages), we got through and were told there was a product problem. We cancelled and will not use this company again, ever. Very poor customer service but quick to take your cash!”

“I am very disappointed with the Gluco RX Vet TD 4268 The results are the lancing devise is terrible, have wasted so many needles and strips with no success I phoned for advise last week and was told the lancing devise was the wrong one for my dog hence no results. was promised the correct ones in the post, didn't arrive Friday or Saturday. I feel very let down. it is very urgent I get these blood results. please deal with urgently or replace please kind regards Ann Keggen sales receipt 11612 please reply”

“Purchased HbA1c kit for £60. First attempt did not work. Second reading was inaccurate, as confirmed by reading done through the GP one week later - inaccuarate by 4 points. Contacted Wellnostics and no response - not even an acknowledgement. Poor service.”

“The plastic tool, to do the finger prick did not work! So I used something else, and the colour was nowhere near any of the test colours!! So I feel it was a waste of money”
