“Do Not Order as from latest reviews they are taking the money & not sending any orders avoid !! I’ve been waiting 7 weeks the only email was confirmation email but nothing since email address is fake & phone number it’s constantly engaged or ends call . I can’t get my money back as there is nobody to talk to very disappointed. The website should be closed down.”

“Like the most recent reviews have stated, we ordered some blinds from this company 6 weeks ago and, other than the confirmation emails, we've not heard anything since. No response to emails (indeed one of the addresses shown no longer exists) and both the 0800 and 0161 nos. shown on their website work. It's scandalous that their website is still giving the impression they are still in business AND taking people's money. That's fraud. Their website MUST be taken down.”

“AVOID!! Bought a blind 2 months ago, the money was collected from my account but they didn't bother doing anything else. No news of my blind, no answer to my emails. Phone always engaged. So disappointing and such a waste of money, time and energy. And by the way, I looked at this reviews site before buying and got the false impression that it was a good company because the first reviews were very positive. Too late I realised they had been posted 2 years ago, although still appeared as most recent.”

“Do not order from here! I placed an order 6 weeks ago and have not received anything. I have emailed them multiple times and received no response. Their phone line has been cut off so I can only assume they are going to go under but are taking peoples money with no intent to send the blinds. Not sure if I’ll get my money back!!”

“Never received the product . Emailed multiples times ( help email fake)- no reply Telephoned ( multiple times) - always engaged Paid through PayPal so currently going through their resolution service AVOID this fake business”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I placed an order on the 19th April 2023 and they have still not arrived 4 weeks later!! I have phoned multiple times and they end the call to track my order and never phone back! I spoke to a lady named Lauren who finally phoned back and said they would be here Tuesday 16th May and they never arrived! Obviously was a complete lie! Trying to cancel my order is impossible as I cannot get hold of anyone! Awful company and service!!!”
