Hi Morag, I'm really sorry to hear that your brackets have been received damaged. I am sure you will understand that even despite our best efforts, sometimes items do get damaged in transit. As mentioned when we spoke earlier I have arranged for some replacement brackets to be sent out when we reopen in the morning. “After fitting the blind we have noticed that when it is fully up, the slats bow/dip in the centre which doesn’t look good. As a result it needs to be down all the time with the slats open. So not completely satisfied with this blind.”
