“Why Wesco don’t do matching bins to loo brushes is very strange to me. I bought a bin (white) and loo brush holder (matt white, as they don’t do just white). I’m sending the loo brush holder back as it is off white/cream. Am disappointed as they are a smart looking and pricey brand.”

“Good sturdy product but the assembly instructions are absolutely dreadful. Took hours to assemble because of the need to work everything out as a puzzle. It’s completely unforgivable not to include better instructions or provide assembly videos online or something that helps explain how it all fits together.”

“We love the design and colour. However, the first words out on my husbands mouth were "shame about the dent". It is fine, but very irritating that it is there. With Christmas and everythnig I didn't get chance to return for an exchange. Shame it wasn't right straight away.”

“i needed replacement rail/holder for pull-out waste bin, disappointed to see it was NOT possible to order just that as a spare. but had to buy whole new set-up including the bins. not great. delivery time was acceptable , took 5days from order.”

“Instructions were awful. Like trying to find buried treasure on a map with no “X marks the spot”. Also, only half the screws included to do the job. Not what I’d expect from a unit that cost over £200”

“I ordered two bin lids; the service was very good. both in communication and delivery, however I find the product too expensive for what it is. I paid £48.85 which I believe is excessive”

“I was really impressed with how quickly the item ordered came. Ordered it one day and it came the next. Unfortunately though, I am still awaiting a response to my email requesting support with fitting the replacement part I ordered - this is now 10 days of waiting.”
