Prices are ridiculously high for a replacement plastic box .

Wesco does not give out a telephone number, meaning that you have to contact the customer team via a messaging service with the promise that they wil get get back you within 24 hours. More than a week later I have still had no response. This is not the way to generate custom.

As per our website the best way to get in touch is via the contact form https://www.wesco-shop.co.uk/pages/contact-us . We have a high level of customer service and during working hours would expect a reply back within 2 hours. Our phone number is clearly displayed on all Delivery notes from your order and you can call if there is an issue.

Wanted to charge £15 postage because I live near Fort William, but £0 postage to send to Aberdeen. Luckily I'm going over to Aberdeen in a few weeks, so can collect the parcel. When the toilet brushes next need replaced I'll replace with a different brand.

Thank you for your review , however our delivery charges are set by the carriers and we have no control over the postcode area.

After two emails to ask for a vat invoice all I got was Wesco asking for a reveiw and no vat invoice. So as I have not had a reply I'm afraid I have to give 1 star.

Used the pedal three times to open the bin- gently - and the mechanism broke - upon inspection the metal pedal fitting was “glued/stuck” to the lower metal assembly so it was never going to last. The two screws nearby whilst aligned with holes in the assembly were not joining anything and a fix requiring additional washers also meant longer screws - why should i have to build/repair the pedal mechanism - utter rubbish never mind the cost - nice appearance, very poor build quality - DO NOT BUY - AVOID!

The position of the screws doesn’t fit the bin, so I put the pedal replacement without fix it to the bin

we are incredibly disappointed in our Wesco purchase as the bin is somewhat c.20cm shorter than what we were dubiously tricked into buying. if you can please arrange for them to be picked up and our money refunded. Thank you very much. Michael Foster 07771 51 65 65

I have purchased 2 new Bins after having 2 previous for 10 years , the new ones have broken many times , I have to pay every time they break , just ordered parts again , if happens again , I’m going trading standards , there must be a fault , but is not recognised by Wesco Not Happy

Very poor customer service. I ordered a white bin and a red one was delivered, twice. This meant that someone had to be at home to receive the bin and await a courier to collect it. Then, without alerting me , the third bin was delivered and as no one was at home, I had to ask the courier to leave it in the front garden . No offer of compensation.

Pedal bin paddle screws very difficult to accurately fix. I ruined my pedal straight away. So I m back to peddle less bin and cannot afford to replace

The bins both cracked after 6 months - therefore ordered two new ones - with postage £40.00! Please make them more robust. Disappointing.

Hi, Having looked at this we can only see an order for replacement bins with ourselves, not the original bin system and the postage charge was £4.95. We do not have a delivery option at £40.00.

Our parcel has not been delivered, and can't speak to anybody to try and trace the delivery. DPD automated service says it has been signed for by DOA?
