“"Can't fault the service from Wesco. However the cost of a small plastic part is totally rediculous and the high cost of delivery is a complete rip off. As you cannot get these small parts from anywhere else it's either throw away an expensive bin or pay for overpriced parts."”

“"My kettle was despatched immediately arriving the day after I had ordered it. Unfortunately there was a problem with the kettle and I rang up the day after I had received it. Customer services responded very promptly and after I had sent through some photos they offered to replace it. The replacement kettle arrived the following day, and I didn?t have the bother of returning the defective kettle. I really like the elegant look of the kettle and it works well!"”
