“Excellent service & product - prompt & friendly answer to my initial query, I went ahead and ordered the replacement frame. It arrived the next day, fully constructed and ready to go. I was so impressed - and very relieved that there was no need for me to put it together! I had been unsure about the price but the great service and the quality of the product meant it was absolutely worth it.”

“I was given Wesco link via our kitchen installer. The waste bin lids had failed after approx 7 years. Followed the link and purchased 2 new lids. Payment was easy and delivery was fast. Good service.”

“We need a new bin and we got our new bin very promptly with instructions that a child could understand very easy bin we use for recycling I'm very happy with these and the staff I dealt with over the phone thankyou for helping out”

“I’ve been buying wesco bins for years, however the kickmaster has been a nightmare. Replacements parts, for some reason it’s just problematic. Hence why I’ve bought the push boy. Hopefully, I won’t have problems. Best, Michele”

“This is a replacement of an older (30 year) similar unit ( kitchen waste bin) still in working order but had to recently mend the lid recently so bought to have a back up. Installation instructions somewhat complex but as virtually same size as earlier model not an issue for me. Timeless design and well engineered”

“After two emails to ask for a vat invoice all I got was Wesco asking for a reveiw and no vat invoice. So as I have not had a reply I'm afraid I have to give 1 star.”

“Used the pedal three times to open the bin- gently - and the mechanism broke - upon inspection the metal pedal fitting was “glued/stuck” to the lower metal assembly so it was never going to last. The two screws nearby whilst aligned with holes in the assembly were not joining anything and a fix requiring additional washers also meant longer screws - why should i have to build/repair the pedal mechanism - utter rubbish never mind the cost - nice appearance, very poor build quality - DO NOT BUY - AVOID!”
