“Great product and good communication. However the packaging was huge and the delivery would have been easier if royal mail was used rather that a different courier.”

“I recently ordered a Scott Aspect 950 for £359 (a lot cheaper than anywhere else). I ordered it on a Wednesday and it was going to be delivered the next day which I was very impressed with. My only problem (and it is a small one) was that I rang the store just before ordering to ask if it came fully built and I was told all I had to do was put the front wheel on, however there was a lot more to do than that. I also don't think it's a great idea to put cable ties around the ttires as it makes them difficult to cut without worrying about puncturing the tire. Apart from that I am very happy with my order.”

“Service is very good however shipping is extremely expensive when compared to other UK based online shops. The only reason I bought from you in the end was that no other shop stocked the item I was interested in.”
