“We own two weeks here at Westgate, but to be honest every time we come there are more and more negative aspects. The pools close at 10. What happens if you get back from the parks and want to sit in the hot tub.The condos are nice but every year we have to buy utensils such as a pizza cutter or a cookie sheet. This year they didn't even provide the coffee packets that even hotels give you. The fees increase ever year, but the amenities are less and less. We meet alot of nice people here and they seem to have the same complaints.”
