“So, I've ordered from this company two times. The first time it was great. The toilet paper came on time, no problem. I like the product a lot, and the company does great stuff. The second order was a complete disaster! I ordered two items. Toilet paper and garbage bags. The garbage bags came. They were delivered on my back patio. This is after I sent an email to say my shipment hadn't arrived yet. They said they had the wrong address. I screen shot the correct address that I had given. After a couple of emails, still no toilet paper! Today is the 18th of June. I ordered, and paid, on the sixth of June!!! I texted again this morning. Hopefully, someone will respond this time, and tell me what is going on. In the mean time, I went to buy some bamboo toilet paper at the grocery store!”

“The couriers they use are terrible. Have delivered every order I have placed in last 12mths to the wrong address! Left package out in rain when they could have left it under carport as instructed. Carport is less than 15ft away from where they dumped package! Both courier and company are virtually uncontactable for a response. Their platforms just send you round in circles with automated software and no real human being to address the issue. So done.”

“Size of roll reduced from 400 sheets to 370. Also bought the Limted Poetry edition expecting to find Odes to the commode on every wrapper but just 3 random words on each wrapper which is very disappointing.”
