“I had a problem initially with my order caused by a delay in delivery. However, WFE bent over backwards to put it right and were absolutely brilliant. In my experience, the contact with them was excellent and my problem was sorted very quickly.”

“Why do you use Amazon delivery? They are appalling! They left my parcel in the middle of nowhere in the rain, and a neighbouring farmer found it dumped by their gate when walking their dogs! My parcel was split open and damaged. I reported this to you but you couldn't have cared less. Very poor response from you. Terrible customer service. I won't be buying from you again or recommending you either.”

“I purchased multiple Harrissa 210g jars - arrived well packaged and in good time. We prefer this brand above supermarket alternatives. The jars had different 'use by' dates, so we won't have to eat them all in a hurry!!”
