“Why do you use Amazon delivery? They are appalling! They left my parcel in the middle of nowhere in the rain, and a neighbouring farmer found it dumped by their gate when walking their dogs! My parcel was split open and damaged. I reported this to you but you couldn't have cared less. Very poor response from you. Terrible customer service. I won't be buying from you again or recommending you either.”

“I recently bought some walnut halves, Organic – from Whole Food Earth. They were soft and stale. I wrote an email to flag this up and asked how this could be resolved but nobody got back to me. So you draw your own conclusion.”

“I ordered the salted and baked almonds and they were not really salted, just a bit of salt floating around in the bottom of the bag. I complained but other than asking me for the batch number nothing has happened. I will not purchase again.”

“Bought 3 times of this company, last time the pistachio nuts were out of date, mouldy, dark, damp and soggy. Literally made every avenue for a refund very challenging after sending numerous pictures and batch number and other silly requests. Worst customer experience and had audacity to delete by FB reviews”

“Customer service is absolutely awful. They ignore chat messages and emails although you can see them starting to type a message, they must get bored and just wander off. I would avoid these like the plague. The quality of the products is pretty grim too.”

“Great products! Shame about the after sales service. Your courier has lost the delivery and instead of taking ownership of the problem and resending I just get emails, after a couple of days, claiming you are helping me by chasing your courier. Ordered on the 21st Feb.............still nothing.”
