“First and last order with wholesale ninjas. I received more then ten items damaged and also received items not from the lot I payed for - Maybelline instead of L’Oréal. And not to mention a hole in the box. I did however, receive a decent refund, but in my opinion, still doesn’t qualify to give a thumbs up to other potential customers because I was told “wholesale ninjas” was above others. I just can’t possibly see how that’s remotely true.”

“We had high hopes for Wholwsale ninja. At least two or three boxes out of the shipment were damaged with most of the product opened and leaking all over the place. Some products come used with the seal broken and the original package either damaged or broken. Lots of products have a CVS sticker on them stating to report to them because they should not be sold by anyone other than CVS. Some items were expired. We tried to reach out to customer service and did not get much help. I would understand if this only happened one time, but this has happened several times since we started ordering from them. Probably would not order anything else from them again.”

“First off I received less then they promised amount of items. Second they count a item that is a set has multiple items. For example I ordered 200 count clothing I received 113 items of which 45 of those items were sets so they counted that as 90 items. Just a very bad experience overall. I would not suggest purchasing from them unless you understand that the items are completely out of date for example fashion from three or four years ago. It will be very hard to sell 25 of the same shirt for nick Jonas lol. It’s fun to open the boxes not knowing what you’ll get but if you’re looking to profit or own a business that resells this is not something you need to use for inventory purposes as you will lose your butt every single time.”

“Well, I'm not the kind of person who likes to complain about anything, but here I was simply left with no choice. I came to the Ninjas site on the advice of a blogger from YouTube, where opened boxes in live time present and showed what could we expect, what products and brands could come. And following "mine" inspiration, I decided to order from Ninjas.com, believing in a miracle to get more stuff and better items for sale than the price of $520. Instead of 4 promised boxes, only 2 came to me, and another came after 2 weeks with a delay, I never received the 4th box. I ordered 300 general items supposed to be from Amazon returns, but . Firstly, I barely counted 50 products that can somehow be categorized and published for resale. Secondly, everything else that I received can be safely called garbage. There were broken things, torn boxes, parts of parcels missing from TA-DA -- . All things are from China and of terrible quality. Separately, a large open box of the gaming entertainment center took up half of the box. In fact, this is called or who believe that Ninjas.com can truly provide your wholesale great service!!! If I had patience and looked at the reviews of other buyers before buying, then I would understand that in this situation in which I found myself 80% of people like me have been. That is, 20% of those who received something of value from Ninja were lucky! I am really disappointed that I wast my $520 on this trash! My heart is broken! I want my $520 back! or maybe, I still have a hope that the 4th box is full of worth and valuable items that really can game changed!”

“Majority of items sell below the per piece price of lot you will receive. Any dated items will be expired or a week or two within expiring, making those items unsellable. Not at all worth the price they’re asking for their lots.”

“I have placed 3 orders with this company and had issues with every order. This company will not respond to email and leaving messages in their voice mail or answering service is a waste of time. My first question was regarding a mistake I made ordering and it was never resolved. The communication is zero with this vendor. The New target pallet is all items that Target could not sell and making your money back will not happen. The makeup lot is worthless and the personal care is also worthless. I hate to leave such a negative review but the lack of communication and follow through with this company is a major negative for me. If there are growing pains with Wholesale Ninjas than this review may encourage them to reach out to me. I will revise my accurate feedback with any type of communication.”

“Purchased a 100 unit GM Box for $2.50/unit and received mostly items that had a retail value of $3, $2, and $1. I spent $290 including shipping and I will be lucky if I make $100 from this, thanks for wasting my money guys”

“551 items in my pallet for $930. Wow! Amazing! $1.68 an item! No, 97 of it was XS women's underwear. Another 100 was black square bandanas. 35% of my pallet was 2 items that retails for $3. Really hesitant to get more of these curated pallets.”

“In my general merchandise shipment I received fake Belkin merchandise which I listed on eBay. I have now received a Vero violation as they are fake copycat products. Buyer beware.”
