I ordered my first order 3 different lots received the wrong lot and called 18 times couldn’t get a hold of anyone only someone in sales picked up and told me I had to hang up and call back and select the prompt for customer service. I also tried to email 4 different times and no one got back to me. Would not recommend doing business with this company.

The ad said brand makeup, it was awful most of it was revolon and some of it was open old, dried out. Was not happy with my purchase at all. Very dissapointing.

Most of the product leaked all over the box,4 brand name items in the entire box,the rest is the cheapest quality of Nail Polish on earth,the count is 10 pieces short. The worst purchase ever. Never deal with your business again.

I was so unhappy with this lot fo not buy from them Cheap staff nothing work more them $3 or $4 No profit I contact them to return my 3 lot over $500 nothing they do not take return Never buy from them again

Ordering is easy and seamless, but customer service is very poor! I emailed them about a damage in one of the bags because a nail polish broke and spilled all over other items, but have not received any reply since. I am a heavy repeat buyer. Now it seems to me that WholesaleNinjas is all about clients' money and do not care about after-sales service. Improve your packaging and shipping process if you are just after our money!

I ordered an 800 piece Target clothing pallet. My disappointment here was that I received 200+ pairs of the same leggings. I received 200+ pairs of thong underwear. I only received about 100 pieces of in season items. Underwear aside of course! I also got a 500 piece jewelry box. I only received 480 pieces. Of that 12 pieces were broken. Finally, I had a health & beauty manifested pallet. 22 items were missing. One box had an open bottle of nail polish in it. This caused damage to 27 items. I called customer service and after my 3rd call, received a return call from Ivy. I emailed the pictures and details as requested over a week ago. I have emailed requesting an update, but no response. Needless to say, I am less than satisfied with this entire situation.

I reached out after my order as there was too many open products in my order. I got one response asking for pictures which I provided. After I emailed the pictures I got ghosted. Several emails with no replies for updates just nothing. Horrible customer service and their guarantee that 95% is undamaged and unexpired is a joke. Because a guarantee means they will take care of it if it isn't right but they dont.

The box i got was good. The only thing i didn't like was tha it has like 10%of the items expiring this months which mean i couldn't sell them as i mainly sell online besides that everything else was good.

Items received were junk. Really nothing to be sold or used. I have bought several half pallets and full pallets and have always been able to make my money back plus some. With the 75 items I purchased from you it is stuff that cannot be sold online or in a garage sale. Items that need put together but their is no clue what the item is or how to put together.

I received 2 out of my 4 boxes damaged and broken . I also received 2 duplicate boxes and Ivy w CS showed no empathy and was completely scripted in all her responses. This company completely ripped me off and refuses to make it right!

A bunch of children's jewelry. Garbage. I gave the whole box away as a donation. There were no bracelets, no watches, no rings. Big mistake buying from you. It won't happen again. And, people will know about my experience.

First and last order with wholesale ninjas. I received more then ten items damaged and also received items not from the lot I payed for - Maybelline instead of L’Oréal. And not to mention a hole in the box. I did however, receive a decent refund, but in my opinion, still doesn’t qualify to give a thumbs up to other potential customers because I was told “wholesale ninjas” was above others. I just can’t possibly see how that’s remotely true.

We had high hopes for Wholwsale ninja. At least two or three boxes out of the shipment were damaged with most of the product opened and leaking all over the place. Some products come used with the seal broken and the original package either damaged or broken. Lots of products have a CVS sticker on them stating to report to them because they should not be sold by anyone other than CVS. Some items were expired. We tried to reach out to customer service and did not get much help. I would understand if this only happened one time, but this has happened several times since we started ordering from them. Probably would not order anything else from them again.

First off I received less then they promised amount of items. Second they count a item that is a set has multiple items. For example I ordered 200 count clothing I received 113 items of which 45 of those items were sets so they counted that as 90 items. Just a very bad experience overall. I would not suggest purchasing from them unless you understand that the items are completely out of date for example fashion from three or four years ago. It will be very hard to sell 25 of the same shirt for nick Jonas lol. It’s fun to open the boxes not knowing what you’ll get but if you’re looking to profit or own a business that resells this is not something you need to use for inventory purposes as you will lose your butt every single time.

The drugstore pallets are cheap junk that won't sell! I would never order it again! I'm stuck with 600 pieces nobody wants!

Well, I'm not the kind of person who likes to complain about anything, but here I was simply left with no choice. I came to the Ninjas site on the advice of a blogger from YouTube, where opened boxes in live time present and showed what could we expect, what products and brands could come. And following "mine" inspiration, I decided to order from Ninjas.com, believing in a miracle to get more stuff and better items for sale than the price of $520. Instead of 4 promised boxes, only 2 came to me, and another came after 2 weeks with a delay, I never received the 4th box. I ordered 300 general items supposed to be from Amazon returns, but . Firstly, I barely counted 50 products that can somehow be categorized and published for resale. Secondly, everything else that I received can be safely called garbage. There were broken things, torn boxes, parts of parcels missing from TA-DA -- . All things are from China and of terrible quality. Separately, a large open box of the gaming entertainment center took up half of the box. In fact, this is called or who believe that Ninjas.com can truly provide your wholesale great service!!! If I had patience and looked at the reviews of other buyers before buying, then I would understand that in this situation in which I found myself 80% of people like me have been. That is, 20% of those who received something of value from Ninja were lucky! I am really disappointed that I wast my $520 on this trash! My heart is broken! I want my $520 back! or maybe, I still have a hope that the 4th box is full of worth and valuable items that really can game changed!
