“Well, I'm not the kind of person who likes to complain about anything, but here I was simply left with no choice. I came to the Ninjas site on the advice of a blogger from YouTube, where opened boxes in live time present and showed what could we expect, what products and brands could come. And following "mine" inspiration, I decided to order from Ninjas.com, believing in a miracle to get more stuff and better items for sale than the price of $520. Instead of 4 promised boxes, only 2 came to me, and another came after 2 weeks with a delay, I never received the 4th box. I ordered 300 general items supposed to be from Amazon returns, but . Firstly, I barely counted 50 products that can somehow be categorized and published for resale. Secondly, everything else that I received can be safely called garbage. There were broken things, torn boxes, parts of parcels missing from TA-DA -- . All things are from China and of terrible quality. Separately, a large open box of the gaming entertainment center took up half of the box. In fact, this is called or who believe that Ninjas.com can truly provide your wholesale great service!!! If I had patience and looked at the reviews of other buyers before buying, then I would understand that in this situation in which I found myself 80% of people like me have been. That is, 20% of those who received something of value from Ninja were lucky! I am really disappointed that I wast my $520 on this trash! My heart is broken! I want my $520 back! or maybe, I still have a hope that the 4th box is full of worth and valuable items that really can game changed!”

“I love the boxes of surprises. These items are proving to be very popular with my customers. The only downside is some items are only available on pallets. My store is small and cannot accommodate pallets or semis.”

“A book that was received, seems to be someone's garage sale item. I wish I could include a picture. The glass tiles received were beautiful, but just thrown in and not wrapped properly and all are broken. One book was from 2016... Some of the items, I have no clue what they even are. I did look up SKU's but nothing came up on the internet. So in short, I highly doubt that I will be a return customer.”

“Before leaving this review I contacted customer support I was/am very unhappy with my order I received so many of the same items that I have had so much trouble turning a profit out of 400 items I've sold only 2 items. To possibly make a profit, I would probably have to purchase a Cricut, dye, and sewing machine and get creative. I received about 54 of these horrible dinosaur print button-up shirts sizes L-XXL unless you're a toddler you wouldn't be caught in that ...109 plain TEEs a whole bunch of neon gloves it was disappointing when the pictures showed I would get an assortment of things not 5 different products in bulk. The price was fair and so was shipping but I'd rethink purchasing anything ever again. I have to spend more money to be able to potentially profit if not take it as a complete loss.”

“From the very first order, I knew this company was unlike any other I had ever dealt with. There had been damage that was clearly due to transit and Wholesale Ninjas went above and beyond to make things right. I have ordered many lots and pallets since then and every single one has been practically damage-free, nowhere even close to the 5% leeway they ask for. I will never go through another company for my sourcing needs, I have found my home!!!”

“Items were not to bad will make my money back, took awhile to get shipped, also had 13 items out of 200 that were unusable Did a HBA order, may try different type of lot but not this one again”

“It was an average lot. 1/4 of the items were NOT at the projected per-piece price (and 10 had expired or near expiration dates -- which I couldn't sell). 3/4 were good, so I'll be able to turn between a $500 or $600 profit -- I normally profit 4x my investment. Since all of my merchandise is photographed and inventoried, I will definitely order again.”

“I recently purchased my first lot from Wholesale Ninjas. I was nervous about the quality of the products I was going to receive because I've heard that there is a high percentage of damaged and unsellable products in liquidation lots. I was delighted to discover a full, well-packed box that had very sellable quality products. The "wet" products were separately packaged in their own box, within a plastic bag, protecting the other contents of the box. There was a nice variety of merchandise with varying values. I have since ordered and received a second box that I am just as pleased with. I look forward to my next order which will be larger. I feel confident I have found a good source of goods for my small business.”

“I received my first box general of merchandise and it was filled with Amz items that where from China. Few brand name item that I can resell and make my money back. I recently checked back on the site and they have changed the general merchandise name to Amazon. Amazon shelf pulls is not what I wanted.”
