“A small bag of creeping lavender / thyme busted open and got all over everything and got through multiple layers of plastic. I'm concerned about customers finding seeds that I didn't. This was part of the All-star Package where one box of Amazon shelf pulls got tiny seeds shaken up all over everything. I also got an order of Ross clothes. I'm glad that I only got 100 pieces because the vast majority of items aren't worth their shipping cost and I haven't sold ONE item from that lot yet. Most of the items were juniors which is not good. I understand that juniors are technically in the women's department, but I did not expect that. I am active on eBay, Mercari, and Poshmark. That being said, the condition and cleanliness of the items were the best I've received from any wholesaler. A lot of very low-value items under $5 and a lot of work for the price. In no way in a hurry to order another box, but we'll see how things go between now and the end of 2023. Just okay. Not good, not bad.”

“I've ordered 2 boxes of 75 items each. The first was an Amazon box. I liked it fine. Several months later I ordered the drugstore box. I absolutely loved that box. Both boxes were filmed and posted on my YouTube channel @ShootinThePoohWithSue. We had a great time and these boxes made great videos. I highly recommend this company and these boxes for reselling, keeping for personal use or gifting items. I will definitely purchase again and again. 💜💜💜”

“I'm a repeat customer. I had not ordered in over a year. I ordered a 300 piece Lot. There were alot of expired or very short dated items (1 week til expiration) so sadly, I will be lucky if I break even with this shipment.”

“I ordered an 800 piece Target clothing pallet. My disappointment here was that I received 200+ pairs of the same leggings. I received 200+ pairs of thong underwear. I only received about 100 pieces of in season items. Underwear aside of course! I also got a 500 piece jewelry box. I only received 480 pieces. Of that 12 pieces were broken. Finally, I had a health & beauty manifested pallet. 22 items were missing. One box had an open bottle of nail polish in it. This caused damage to 27 items. I called customer service and after my 3rd call, received a return call from Ivy. I emailed the pictures and details as requested over a week ago. I have emailed requesting an update, but no response. Needless to say, I am less than satisfied with this entire situation.”

“Loved, loved, loved my box, and opening it was better than presents on Christmas. I loved the variety of items, the high quality brands, that everything was in perfect condition, and that the box was lovingly packed to avoid damage. I am not a reseller and so I just bought the box to have extra HBA items on hand at my home, but I definitely feel like I got my money's worth, and I will definitely purchase another box in a couple of months. Oh, and the shipping was super fast too!”

“Wholesale Ninjas is the only liquidator that I buy lots and pallets from. I especially love their packing methods - any HBA items that could leak are put in a bag inside a separate box. It's also great to be able to get a credit if more than 5% of items are damaged, although typically it is under 5%, usually only 1-2%.”

“The last order I received had two boxes. When I opened the first one, it was covered with a white powder. I had to clean each item as I removed it from the box. Didn't know what it was until I came across several containers of Bon Ami, 7 to be exact, and one had lost it's top. All other were dented with the exception of one. In the future, if items such as these, should be either in a bag or preferably in a box to contain the possible damage that I had.”
