“The program was easy to download, set up, and use. It allowed me to reset my printer so that I could temporarily use it. I was able to purchase new ink pad sponges to replace the old ones, purchase a reset key from this company, change out the old ink pad sponges--a simple procedure, and, reset the counters. Voila, back in business. It was very simple to do. Thank you WIC!”
“Overall, the reset worked quite well. However, it took a bit to get everything working properly again afterward. Per the recommendations on the website, I used the USB connection to do the reset. Problem was, after that was done, the wireless/wifi connection no longer worked. I had to eventually do a new install the Epson print driver and configure it as a new printer for wireless in order to get it back the way I needed it. Other than that, it was great!”
