Hi Eva, really appreciate your leaving a review - thank you. I am sorry delivery was slow and you could only offer us 3 stars. We do our best to get orders out as soon as we can. Most are personalised and we send out in order of receipt. Your order took longer than usual to send because the lady who helps me was not in work for a few days so I tried my best to get orders out as quickly as I could on my own and do the million other jobs running a business involves!
