“Their products are very stylish. I found the only dressing mirror that I liked on the internet (to give as a present) on their website. Unfortunately, the mirror was damaged in transit. Customer service from William Robinson Interiors could not have been better. In short - the mirror was out of stock, however while waiting, WRI's found another almost identical mirror with a different supplier. The mirror is beautiful and very elegant. Even my fussy brother who didn't want his girlfriend to have the mirror in his house likes it.”

“I have used William Robinson's for a number of projects now and have experienced great service. William and his team were on hand to help in the showroom as needed (they have a huge choice of fabrics and wallpapers to choose from!) and their interior design service was great when I got a bit stuck and couldn't decide quite what I wanted. I've also had some tired furniture reupholstered to a very high standard, bringing some old heirlooms back to life! Thank you.”

“The chaps from William Robinson have done a brilliant job at my mums house, creating a gorgeous new set of furniture for her lounge and cushions to match. The level of service was absolutely fantastic and mum says that she felt she received a really personal service. We couldnt be more pleased.”

“Patient and helpful advice. Really quick delivery and fantastic quality of upholstery. We are very happy with our new "bench". We are now inclined to return and order a new suite for the lounge rather than buy from the usual High Street candidates.”

“Absolutely thrilled with the total transformation of our lounge. We used the interior design service which included a number of scheme options then selected wallcoverings, curtains and blinds, lighting and soft furnishings. We had our two sofas recovered which were fabulous. An amazing family business with great customer service and attention to detail. Would highly recommend and will personally use the service again.”

Hi Deedee, We are very sorry for your experience. The item you ordered was not a stock item and therefore we could only advise on delivery dates as given to us by our external supplier. We are sorry if this was not communicated earlier. Unfortunately, cases like this are out of our control. We have spoken to the supplier concerned in order to avoid such situations in future.
