Hi Deedee, We are very sorry for your experience. The item you ordered was not a stock item and therefore we could only advise on delivery dates as given to us by our external supplier. We are sorry if this was not communicated earlier. Unfortunately, cases like this are out of our control. We have spoken to the supplier concerned in order to avoid such situations in future. “I just wanted to let you know we are absolutely thrilled with the quality of the curtains & pelmet that were made for our living room. I will send a couple of photos but they don’t really convey how good they look. I will also send one of the dining room with the pelmet that was made by Robinsons after our disastrous experience with another supplier. I will be very happy to use William Robinson in the future & will recommend you to my friends.”

“I thought to let you know that the lamps have been delivered to my home this morning, what a wonderful surprise! I am very pleased with them and the service you have provided all the way through. The lamps have been packed so carefully in three different boxes to avoid the damage. Amazing. I can't thank you enough for your professionalism and help.”
