“This "College" takes advantage of individuals in tough situations and charges 15,000$ for tuition. After you get your "diploma" you will quickly realize little work places recognize Willis as a college, no other college or university will accept this transcript. Your starting salary will be barely enough to make ends meet or to pay back the money owed for the course.
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY THIS COLLEGE IS A SCAM”
“School was suppose to provide hard copy books as agreed, Covid-19 came and they resulted to e-books. saying publisher is not publishing books anymore, how is that suppose to be the students business? you ought to sought that out and when students asked their response wasn't pleasant. The school is just about your money”
“Not impressed with their admissions process. In the midst of it, after having an initial phone conversation and being asked for my credentials, they responded to me 3 days later ( Actually there was evidence that they try to call me at the two day mark) that the government funded PSW course (July start date) is full and I could be put on a waitlist. In my experience most institutions have a cut off date that affords them time to go through the applications before they turn around and turn people away and put them on wait lists. I was informed on my phone call that they had an overwhelmingly large response specifically because the government was paying for the program and I knew there was urgency for getting my credentials in because of this but at no point was I told that there was a specific cut off dates I was totally the under the impression that the next steps as alluded twice to in the phone call was I would be scrutinized by Chantel. In fact I was encouraged by the response on the phone. I had responded about submitting my credentials. Not professional not organized not impressed. My belief is that I was actually discriminated against by the information that I gave even before my official interview . Fortunately Ottawa offers other options for the PSW program. After reading another review about the slip ups in administration I have to agree that something’s amiss with administration”
“Honestly I was approached with a warm welcome by Jeff, he is amazing, he responed right away and helped me with my registration. Zahra helped me with the osap application she was great and very helpful. The front dest man is awesome he is nice, polite and friendly. Thank you Mirabelle for being a great instructor and looking forward to finishing and passing the course.

“I regret that I took Cyber Security Analyst Program at Willis College. The program seems to be poorly organized. It is insanely intense; however, the stuff I am studying right now is not hard. There are just so many assignments that there is no time to study. I have been submitting these assignments without realizing what I am doing. I do not feel I have learned anything so far. I can try to get the assignments done from sunrise to sunset, or I could learn something real for the same amount of time and less amount of stress. I do not even gain any skills this way. There is also a lot of unnecessary stress that comes as a bonus to this program. Besides, this program costs way too much for what they actually give. Great dissatisfaction!”
“There was no sense of leadership or communication between class and Willis. I felt rather uncertain who did what at the Arnprior campus. Too expensive for what we received in education.”
“Gwenn Ross and Laurel Whynot are outstanding teachers!
Administration is sorely lacking.
We had to redue the funding process when staff changed because the files could not be found.
O.p.p check had to be done twice.
Dr.'s form was lost and had to be re-submitted.
The actual Contract was lost and we had to re-sign all the paperwork.
Emails were conflicting depending on who was sending them.
Very disappointed.
Will not be recommending Willis College.”
