"Extremely disappointed with not only the poor quality of the blind but also the customer service. \n\nOur blind arrived with a stitching line across the middle of it (see in image attached) and generally extremely cheap feeling material. \n\nWhen I complained they insisted that all blinds required this stitching line across the middle of it and all companies did this (100% not true). They then had the cheek to suggest that I just don't roll the blind fully down!\n\nThey refused to accept a return and refund me and couldn't offer me a better quality blind as all of their blinds are this terrible.\n\nThe only positives is that the got the measurements correct and the pully to open and close works well but I definitely do not recommend using this company, they weren't even the cheapest I found!"
