“I ordered a $100 gift card for the second year in a row (huge mistake). Despite having 2 e-mail confirmations from W&W, complete with order numbers and shipping confirmation numbers, the physical card has not arrived after more than a month. "Contact us" inquiries go unanswered and multiple phone calls lasting more than 45 minutes have been a total waste of time. My next step will be to contact my attorney, all over a $100 purchase, but that is my only option. Lesson learned. Never again.”

Wind and Weather doesn't perform incoming inspections (from China). If the did, they would have seen the broken off hind foot which of course ruined Christmas for my wife.”
