“I ordered a $100 gift card for the second year in a row (huge mistake). Despite having 2 e-mail confirmations from W&W, complete with order numbers and shipping confirmation numbers, the physical card has not arrived after more than a month. "Contact us" inquiries go unanswered and multiple phone calls lasting more than 45 minutes have been a total waste of time. My next step will be to contact my attorney, all over a $100 purchase, but that is my only option. Lesson learned. Never again.”

“The base of my Nutcracker was smashed and apart from the main structure. It was a special Christmas gift but now I am not able to give the gift. I paid almost $700.00 for it and I am so very disappointed. Not worth the money at all.
