There was a problem with a micro-cihpped cat- flap which was ordered to be fitted in one of the doors.
The response to this problem was excellent, and soon sorted.
We also had a new front door fitted a few months ago by Tom. Which again was installed brilliantly.
As both myself and my wife suffer from Arthritis we found the handle hard to use at times and it was quickly sorted.

From 1st enquiry via a leaflet in June 24, to the visit from Sam, all was perfect with no pressure. The showroom visit was a delight and they even bought my granddaughter a hot chocolate from a local cafe, which was apparently “yummy”
After Nick the surveyor visited, who was polite and professional , we dealt with Adam,Brad and Ryan who were informative throughout of what to expect

“Unfortunately not great service from the Window Hub. Delays in quoting, constantly chasing for admin reasons and had to chase my own installation date. Guy on the phone told me it could be done in 1 day so I arranged 1 day at home with work, installers left early because they had to get back to watch the football and came back the next day for a couple of hours. When I expressed my frustration with the admin guy on the phone he just said 'sorry about that' and moved on to asking me to pay my invoice in full, didnt seem to care at all. In addition to that, we've since had to reseal one of the windows due to a hole and an ants getting in.
Not impressed, will not be using them again.”

“I don't usually do this but I was very disappointed with this company. I needed a quote for two smaller windows. After measuring up I was then led through the process of since I was retired I'd get 40% off. The quote came to £3,166 which I thought was astronomical. That was with the 40% off. I was told they needed to use scaffolding which pushed the price up. After much tooing and frooing the quote came down to £2,600.
I said I would think about it as I had others coming for quotes.
Finally had it all done for £1,200 & no scaffolding was needed. They were installed from the inside. Your windows might be top quality but the sales pitch is hard.”

“I was told I needed scaffolding which pushed the price up considerably. I received three more quotes after this and was told no scaffolding was needed as they could be installed from the inside. The prices quoted were more than half the price quoted by window hub. Very disappointing.”
