“Order was duplicated, so 2 arrived. Opened one and could not get it to fit as it failed to clip on. Tried to adjust the flat pieces that go behind the brackets to facilitate the actual fitting clips-made no difference. Checked against my broken mirror and the new replacement ones are approx. 4 MM bigger around the whole circumference, ie wrong part sent, and the glass was holding it off, so clips could never engage. Only had a refund for they unused one, even though the wrong ones were sent, because I had damaged the fittings! Eventually got the correct one from thewingmirrorcompany. Clicked straight on.”

“Sent a mirror that didn’t fit. Returned mirror to company. Had an email stating that they had refunded me but no refund issued. Over to the PayPal resolution centre to sort out.”

“Very sad experience with wing-mirror.co.uk. The mirror I was sent wasn’t the right mirror so I called them on the number between the times stated & received no answer. I sent the mirror back via DPD & the parcel was delivered & signed for by a neighbour. I’ve emailed wing-mirror.co.uk & again haven’t received an answer. I understand the COVID 19 may have put pressure on their business but I’m nearly £30 down with no mirror & no replies. P.s it was a very fast delivery though.”

“Ordered a wing mirror that never came. Claimed to have sent a second, with 2/3 says delivery. now on day 7 and neither have arrived. Are they even being sent or had my money been stolen?”

“I have not received the order, and also found out that the sale is fraudulent and what they say you are buying is definitely not what you receive. So I am looking for a refund and cancel this order.”

“I ordered 2 mirrors using car reg number. Order I received was wrong so I emailed wing-mirror and send it back asking them what is their policy about returns. It has been now more than 2 weeks I sent parcel back, sent 2 emails, no money was return, no reply from them. Really poor service !!!”

“Wrong mirror was sent to me no replacement as not in stock...and having to wait for a refund & thats not until you receive the parcel back I cant post the parcel as I've no way to print the receipt...poor service wont use them again”
