The glass doesn’t fit properly. It binds on the housing so can’t be adjusted using the electric controls

Haven’t even received my order and it was 24h tracked delivery. We are now 4/5 days after purchase day. Didn’t receive a dispatch email with the Royal Mail tracking number to see where my parcel is either.

Poor quality of mirror. 1) The mirror did not snap in place as it should have. Upon comparing the assembly of the original vs this one, it looked very different with very poor quality plastics used for the fitting. 2) the quality of the mirror itself is very poor too. The image is wavy and looks toyish. Highly disappointed. I wouldn't order again.

Hello, really sorry to hear that. Sadly We do not supply the auto dimming mirrors - they are much more expensive than the standard replacement ! Please contact us in order to resolve the issue !

appalling customer service, Been trying to return incorrect product for over a week now after submitting a return form. They say they should bet back in 24 hrs, nothing received. Used their chat service last week and they said they would get back that afternoon, still nothing received. Next step is card provider.

Don’t answer the phone, Don’t reply to the online query form and Don’t reply to emails. I have the wrong mirror glass and have tried for 2 weeks to make contact.

Plastic mirror back did not fit, so I had to remove the mirror and glue onto the old broken one

Hi, i sent an email on your webiste last friday but never got a response so i shall repeat what i said here: I paid for next day delivery but my order came two days after i paid. My order for my ford transit courier arrived and it was completely the wrong shape. So i kindly ask again for a full refund of £15.29 and the details to which the mirror needs to be returned Many thanks Olly
