“No order confirmation. Did receive the the item within a couple of days which is great, however they have sent the wrong one. Difficult to get any response as the chat function is always unavailable and the contact number only lets you leave a message that isn’t picked up.”

“Very slight defect on the mirror & it is also quite distorted. But I suppose you get what you pay for. Fine for a short term temporary fix if needed.”

“Very happy with the item, however we paid for next day delivery, we waited 2 days. I emailed the company my concern to which they have ignored. So sadly the expierence reflects the rating given.”

“The back fixings on the mirror did not align correctly with the original wing mirror fixings - so would not sit in the correct position- this caused the mirror to break when trying to adjust it to fit - useless”

“Mirror arrived on time and well packaged.....but when I came to fit the mirror I found the connectors (heated mirror) for the wires were loose.....very loose, so much so I had to use insulation tape to hold the wires and the connectors together. I also found that although at lower speeds the mirror was fine as soon as I went above 45mph the mirror would fall of the mounting and no matter how hard I tried or how secure it seemed it would keep falling off. In the end I used insulation tape to hold the mirror in place. Overall I am very disappointed with the mirror I received.”

“The mirror keeps falling out”

“Wing mirror had heating connection tags in the wrong place and the wrong size and clips were to small to clip over connection plate. I had to adapt the clips and make a new small cable loom to go between the cables and the mirror glass. Ending up having to glue gun the mirror around the clips as it kept coming lose.”

“Although the mirror looks good and was really quick to arrive, the electrical connections were located differently and once mounted, the glass catches on the plastic surround so the mirror won’t move correctly, also, the heated mirror is no where near as quick or good as the OEM, I will be replacing this as quickly as possible.”
