“Winns solicitors were employed by our Insurance company.
They were dreadful giving bad advice from the start, which turned out to be because they were trying to get more money for themselves. The simple accident took us 16 months to resolve and we had to go to court, all because Winns were incompetent, not replying to the other insurance company.
They repeatedly asked us for information and said they hadn’t received it.
They were awful to deal with as it took them a week every time to get back to us if they got back to us at all.
The courts made them pay for the losses and included a payment to us for time lost and expenses which of course they have not paid and will not engage about.”
“If I could give less than 1 stars I would. I was involved in an accident 2 years ago that was not my fault. It is still dragging on now. The process and my dealings with Winns have been very stressful from start to not even finish. I have constantly been passed from one case handler to another, chased for signed documents that they have not even sent me. Not being informed of court dates. I know they won’t care about this one review, as I have been treated appallingly by them through out the whole process.”
