“I expected better to be honest, for brand new window wipers they make a bit of noise. I found the Bosch ones I previously had to be better. Sorry.”

“It took them 3 tries to get the right wipers for a Mercedes GLA250, and in the end they chose to refund the money rather than get the right wipers on the car.”

“Delivery was poor even with tracking number for this reason alone i probably wont order from these guys again.. Wiper blades though are brilliant 😊”

“My C200 is 2008, however the wipers received were for previous model before facelift so according to your details I should have ordered 2009 model for my 2008 Have since purchased genuine Merc to keep car on road. Obviously technology is great but human customer service would probably have clarified this for me You have asked for response, please understand I ‘m not complaining”

Hi Michael, We are very sorry about your experience. Sometimes there are small year differences like with the W204 Mercedes C-Class. “Hello unfortunately I could only fit the back window wiper the front I couldn't due to one of wipers connection bit is broken I have busy with work lately and haven't had time to report this hoping to return front wipers in exchange for good one look forward to hearing back thank you”
