“Ordered wipers for a 2022 Volvo XC60 and received something else that did not fit. Couldnt be bothered to exchange and will never buy from this company again. Very disappointed.”

“Sadly disappointed. Delivery time wasn't great, they're not cheaper than the auto stores, a tiny little single blade rubber is nothing special and worse than all this the weak body of the (longer) wiper blade twists on itself creating a frightening experience of hard plastic slapping on glass at high speed with each and every swipe of the wipers as you try to navigate blindly through traffic whilst desperately turning the wipers off before something breaks! No, "it's not likely I'll recommend to a friend or colleague."”

“I purchased these wipers on the premise that they were genuine Mercedes Benz wipers as advertised. There not. Unfortunately they don't perfectly match the connecting point of the MB wiper arm and as a consequence proved troublesome when connecting. Furthermore when they need replacing in the future they will be difficult to remove. Am dreading that day. THe lesson is buy genuine and forget imataions.”

They are Mercedes Benz fitment wiper blades. If you want to send us an email via our website we can organise a full refund for you as an apology for the blades not being up to your standard. “I bought a front and rear wiper kit but I only received the front wipers. I messaged customer service and told me that it's because the rear wiper is "sold out". They should have informed me in advance before sending the parcel. I needed the rear wiper most coz that's the broken wiper I currently have. I only bought the front and rear kit to save up. However, instead of saving up, it caused me a lot of inconvenience. Also, it takes ages for the customer service to respond. I ready sent my order back to (which I have to pay my self) and I'm still waiting for my refund.”
