However I would like to thank the guy I spoke to over the phone, as there was a problem with the fire being delivered to me, more like crossed wires than anything else.
I phoned the office and the guy who dealt with it for me was really efficient, very helpful, and sorted everything out for me , I was really pleased with the way he dealt with everything , and saved me any anxiety , so yes pleased with my fire, and very pleased with the guy in the office , who helped me.
