“I’m still waiting to be refunded £80 from them from 22nd Dec. I can’t seem to contact them. They are not replying to me. If they aren’t going to refund me then send my order back at least!!!!!!! Absolute joke of a company!!!!!”
“Never order from this company. Waiting 3 weeks on an order that should have been delivered in 3-5 working days. Only automated responses received telling me to follow up with the courier company myself! Terrible customer service, they just don't care. Trying to get a refund through my bank.”
“No customer service when package lost. Ordered on the 19th November and it's been in the same place for 3 weeks. Told on the 6th it was arriving the next day. Wrote to them on Whatsapp and when they finally replied they said they cannot reply to messages after 24hrs of the user sending them. Never ordering again as it's literally the most infuriating customer service ever. Wrote to them on instagram and they were being really rude and condescending. Will make sure my family and friends know of this to go else where. Would give 0 stars if I could!!”
“Absolutely disgusting customer service. I ordered on 11/26 and STILL didn't receive my order NOR ARE THEY GIVING REFUNDS GUYS!! You can only contact this company through TEXT ONLY & if you're like me, watching your package continuously getting delayed in germany, please don't even bother yourself in writing anything without getting a "dUe tO BlACk fRidAY" response. Call your bank, get your money back & order from a company that actually cares.”
“I ordered 2 tops fro this company and when they arrived I could not believe how small they were. They would not have fit a child let alone an adult. I returned the items and am now having all kinds of problems getting my money back. They say they have no record but DHL have assured me they were returned. As I am i Australia there is a time difference so whenever I send an email I speak to some one new and have to go through the whole process all over again. No one seems to keep customer details. I would give Zero if I could. Waste of $100. Will never order from them again”
