“Returned my product back in November of 2021 and the credit for the returned products never hit my account. Their last tracking number doesn’t even show that the item was mailed back to them which I know it was and their customer service doesn’t get back to you any sooner than 5 days if at all. Can’t pride yourself on customer service if it’s going to take over a week to even respond. There should be an email or phone number to call not just text messages”
“I ordered some leggings, wore them once so haven’t even been washed yet and noticed there is already a hole at the bottom where the seam is!! Tried many ways of contacting womens best but like others have said - no response at all, will never purchase from them again, complete waste of money.”

“Ordered on 26th December, still haven't received my order and Woman's Best will not reply to my WhatsApp messages. Should have received order on 6th January. Disgraceful customer service and I will never buy off them again and will certainly NOT be recommending them to anyone. Paid by PayPal so will be seeking a full refund. Not good enough Women's Best, worst company I have ever witnessed, no customer loyalty, take the order and take the money and then continue to ignore customer queries. 0 star review from me, joke of a company!!!
