“Don’t quite know what to say. I ordered 100% cotton dish cloths in December and have NOT YET RECEIVED THEM. I am sure that the fault is with your carrier, but at the same time I cannot find anywhere on your website where I am able to register my complaint. I hope this message gets through to the right department and look forward to hearing from you. Regards Maureen Gleeson”

“What an excellent company for good old fashioned customer service. Very efficient, and great attention to detail. The order arrived very quickly, was very good quality. Even the receipt was signed with a compliments slip stating who packed it, and was in an embossed envelope. Lovely to have that level of service and attention to detail. Would certainly recommend.”
