“The efficiency. The wonderful way my items were wrapped. The fact that the envelope which contained the receipt was handwritten on the outside. Its a rare thing these days to have such good service. So much is slapdash.”

“The web site was good for me in my choice of handkrchiefs. The only problem was that my confirmation e mail went into spam. But a quick phone call to you confirmed that all was well, and the handkerchiefs arrived very quickly. All very efficent, thank you”

“In these modern times of quick-fix on-line shopping, it is refreshing to deal with a Shop in the High Street that still has the old-fashioned values of service, quality and packaging. It's so nice to receive one's purchases carefully wrapped in brown paper and tied up with string plus a compliment slip inside with the person's name. Once again, the quality of products received is excellent. Thank you.”

“Excellent products, good website, environmental packaging.
